She is honest and took the time necessary to explain all the options out there when it comes to purchasing a home. Elsa made it her personal mission to find the right home for me and my loved ones. I never felt forced to make an offer on any home, she let me explore and see my options within my possibilities. She did not pressure me, but instead stood by me throughout the entire process and beyond. Elsa walked me through every step of the negotiations; she helped me find the right lender and provided me with all the options that I qualified for. Finalizing the paperwork for a home purchase is intimidating. There's so many documents that need to be sign and difficult to understand, but Elsa would not let me sign anything that I did not understand and happily explained every document more than once if necessary. Purchasing my first home was stress and pressure free because Elsa stood by me in every step of the way. Now two years later after purchasing my first home, I was able to purchase a second home and Elsa was there to guide me again. I can't thank Elsa enough for all her time, and most importantly, for helping us find the home where we live.

Elsa was very helpful during the process for the search of my home. She knew the neighborhoods very well and even advised me on some of the best school districts around. She makes her self available at any time and responds to all texts and calls! I had a great expiriance with her during the search of my home :)

Elsy was a consummate professional during the entire home buying process. Whenever my wife and I had a question, she'd always answer her phone and provide us with the correct answer, not the answer we wanted to hear. If she didn't have the answers to our questions immediately, she would tell us she didn't know, but always followed up with the correct answer. She knew the area we were looking at, where the hidden gems were within our budget. Due to her hard work, determination and the ability to listen to what we wanted, not what she thought was best for us, we found and purchased our new home at the cost we wanted.
